We provide professional concrete services including driveways, patios, foundations, decorative concrete, repairs, and more. All services are subject to availability, proper site conditions, and weather permitting.

Service estimates are based on information you provide. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially described. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Quotes are estimates based on standard conditions and may be adjusted if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and project requirements. Changes to the scope of work after a quote is accepted may result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards.

Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on your property in accordance with California law.

5. Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site issues. We will keep you informed of any delays.

You are responsible for ensuring site access and clearing the work area before our crew arrives. Delays caused by lack of access or unprepared work areas may extend the project timeline.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be included in your service agreement. Generally, we warrant our workmanship against defects for a period specified in your contract.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. They also do not cover issues arising from settling of existing structures or soil movement.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover scheduling costs.

Once work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for materials purchased and work completed to that point.

8. Limitation of Liability

We carry appropriate insurance for our business operations. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage to property not caused by our negligence.

You are responsible for marking or having marked any underground utilities before work begins. We recommend calling 811 before any excavation work.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by GoldAssist Aliso Viejo Concrete and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

We may photograph completed projects for marketing purposes. If you prefer your project not be photographed, please let us know before work begins.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
